As the creative lead for the project, I developed the concept and ensured its adaptation across all touchpoints. I collaborated with AV professionals, light engineers, environmental designers, and a digital team, directing them towards a unified vision.
To launch Ghaf Woods residential properties, MAF introduced an immersive sales center, inviting investors, real estate professionals, and potential buyers.
This project was created with an exceptionally skilled team at Imagination.

The Light Tunnel
Sensorial Passage
To begin, we subtly activate the senses, the guests will start their journey walking through the tunnel. A beautiful dance between the sun, mirrors and dichroic glass bounces colourful, diffracted light around the tunnel.
Reception

On arrival the visitor will be offered curated F&B to awaken their senses and will receive a digital wearable to personalise their sensory journey. An impressive digital LED wall will wrap the reception and multimedia room exterior wall.

The multimedia room is a fully interactive and immersive room. From floor to walls, the surroundings will be activated through touch sensors.
Guests enter a room filled with desert content. As they walk inside and interact with the walls, the scene magically transforms into a lush forest, complete with bird sounds, a fresh breeze, and the scents of diverse flora.

The consultation room is an open space that will invite guests / buyers to customize their house and observe the range of high-end finishes across all materiality suites.
An immersive VR experience where users work with a consultant to customize their apartment's size, features, and finishes, then explore a 3D flythrough, pausing to amend finishes throughout.
Meeting Room
Housewarming
The room will have a big size screen that will be connected to an ipad controlled by the consultant, where he showcases the presentations and apartment details. The room will be propped in a “homey” look and feel; greenery, soft scents, carpets, cushions, books, flowers inviting guests to have a final housewarming meeting.
Housewarming Gift
After a sensory experience, guests receive a beautiful housewarming gift: a scented wooden candle in Ghaf Woods silk, adorned with Ghaf leaves, plus a 360-degree digital preview of their potential future home.

A grand kinetic and sonic garden sculpture transforms guest interactions into movement and sound, enhanced by reactive lighting at night, awakening and exciting the visual, auditory, and tactile senses.
