As the creative lead in the Dubai office, I collaborated closely with the London team—working hand-in-hand with the creative director, producer, strategists, designers, digital experts, and production crew. Together, we embarked on an incredible journey to craft and tender the vision for the Bashayer ’24 event in Riyadh.

The brief was to showcase Diriyah's dedication to an exclusive lifestyle by unveiling a series of exciting projects. In response, we crafted an event brand identity seamlessly integrated into the space's structure and architecture. This design brought experiential moments to life, guiding guests through an unforgettable journey of discovery and elegance.

Working closely with the established identities of Dirayah – City of Earth and Bashayer — we add a bespoke feel to the 2024 edition — one that adds a layer of dynamic expression over the existing identity and enhances our creative narrative.
From the past, present, and future, the guest’s journey at Bashayer is represented by the changing light of the day. This dynamic interplay of light and shadow creates an active expression that constantly evolves, offering endless impressions—a time stamp for their experience at any point in their journey.

The invitation process includes both a bespoke, beautifully crafted physical invitation and a seamless digital version, with up-to-the -minute information and logistics for the guests and their teams.
ICONIC
Throughout the event we create architecture that is both iconic and recognisable. Inspired by the towers of Najdi architecture and extrusion of the identity, the monolithic triangular totems make an authentic, human crafted statement.

THE GATHERING
An immersive arrival to the Gathering —
a journey beginning in historical Diriyah and flows to outline the exciting work of DGCL and Bashayer through moving image and projected content.
GALA DINNER
Both exterior and interior layouts, arranged to intrigue, entice and build a unique and stimulating guest experience.
The menu draws inspiration from the iconic architectural forms of Diriyah, featuring a striking reflective triangle base that elegantly supports its structure. Composed of three uniquely crafted pages, each made from a different material, the menu exudes a sophisticated aesthetic and tactile allure, blending tradition with modern design seamlessly.

A custom-made gift inspired by the event's visual identity, reflecting the shifting light throughout the day.
This office sundial combines various materials found in Riyadh, such as clay, glass, and metal.
